I wanted to touch base and give you an update on your GN-AM-091-HP-WD (Auto Mag 180 .44 AMP Model-D Classic Edition w/8.5 in Barrel, High Polish Finish, Hogue Checkered Wooden Grip) that you placed on 12/11/2020. We realize that our delivery of your order has been much longer than anticipated. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues we are currently experiencing a problem with sourcing our 8 ½” barrels.
We sincerely apologize for the delays and want to assure you that as soon as our production team receives 8.5” barrels (anticipated in February 2022) we will resume production of our Auto Mag® Classic 8.5” models and ship guns as quickly as possible.
In the interim, we currently have an on-hand supply of 6.5” barrels and will be introducing a new version of our 6.5” Auto Mag model (the “Raven”). You will likely see this new gun advertised and available for sale and shipment on our website this week. That does NOT mean that your order is less of a priority to us, it simply means that we had parts on-hand to build guns with the 6.5” barrel.
Whether you already have an Auto Mag® gun or are patiently waiting for your first Auto Mag® gun we wanted to assure you that you are important to us and remain our top production priority.
Finally, please make sure you keep us informed about any changes to your Contact/Shipping Address or Federal Firearms License on file. Prior to starting production on your order, we will contact you to confirm that all order information is correct. If we are unable to reach you, we must unfortunately put your order on-hold until we can confirm the order information.
