@pantera-mike How exactly are you interpreting the outcome of that hearing? There are no corporate raiders, only a group of 2 dozen individuals who set out to help P. Henry fund his dream by investing in his company.
Following that hearing, which sought to grant a Temporary Restraining order against "the corporate raiders" (which failed), P. Henry was granted permission to *build* the model D in Loris on his own dime.
Not run the company, not sell the gun, but produce those units which are committed to the years old list of extremely patient customers.
Ask yourself this: If Patrick just rescued his company from "being stolen", why is there court mandated, fort-knox level scrutiny around how he proceeds? Not a single dollar is allowed to change hands without oversight and prejudice.
That is not a "victory", that is probation. Innocent parties are not kept under the thumb of a court appointed CFO if nothing is wrong.
Automag's ONLY goal is to build quality, one of a kind guns, and to get them into the hands of customers. Certain parties have been obstinate to cooperate because it wasn't done "their way", and this entire debacle can be synthesized into that one sentence.

I mean yes...I would still like to know about the status of my refund. I was promised a full refund in early June....
@elizawinbaum You make good points. It would be nice to know how you play into all of this so that the readers can evaluate your points with full context as well.
Just to let you guys know the phones back online again 8437560362. I’m now trying to get my lists and my data straight on my work laptop.
@elizawinbaum whats the issue with Patrick's way, assuming he is the "obstinate their" you referenced?

Recent history has shown that ‘the other way’ was to shut down all production, fire all the workers, disconnect the phones, and lock up all the parts inside the building. In just a few short days ‘Patrick’s way’ has seen new guns assembled (reportedly four over the Thanksgiving holiday and more scheduled this week), website updated, workers rehired, phones turned back on etc.
It’s pretty apparent which way is better for the customers. The long term future is still clouded by lingering controversy but hopefully it will be successfully resolved.
Order # 100273...when will I receive mine? Craig
Gonna be some happy people soon, I hear. 7 or so guns on their way out.
I received my AutoMag some time ago and it is a SUPERB firearm. Please know that Patrick Henry is an honest, fine man who apparently has run into logistic and legal issues. He has put his heart and soul (as well as a small personal fortune) into this company as his desire is to provide us AutoMag enthusiasts with an excellent firearm.
My advice to all of you is to be patient as when you receive you AutoMag--it will be worth the wait!!
What are current order numbers going out ? Mine is 101021..
So glad to hear that things are back up and running ! Please advise !
Well I’m 100280 and still waiting, looks like there are a few ahead of you…
A couple of weeks ago I was finally able to get together with my son at a friend’s ranch, where we were able to shoot his new Auto Mag for the first time.
I’m pleased to say it was a 100% success. Shooting at about 15 yards to sight it in, the first round was centered side-to-side but almost six inches low. Merrily twirling the elevation screw eventually got it shooting point of aim, at which point it became easy to put all rounds in a single ragged hole. To be honest, we weren’t really trying all that hard, and had a few flyers as a result, but all of them were attributed to shooter error, or even a desire to watch the gun cycle while operating it. This was a testing session, after all.
We were using factory SBR ammo, which I’m reliably informed consists of 23.8gr of WW296/H110 atop a Hornady 240gr XTP. With it, we got perfect cycling every time, with a full seven rounds in each magazine. Since the software will only allow a single pic, I will continue in the next post….
The SBR ammo is loaded pretty hot, as evidenced by the chronograph reading:
