It would be nice if there was a general update to all the people who have ordered a gun to let them know what has transpired. I understand there is a lawsuit, but what is it about? Are guns being made?
i spoke with Patrick several days ago. Hopefully things will be sorting out. Look through the past few pages of posts where there was a copy of the court’s ruling and order. Also there is a post from a member who is an attorney who explained it in simpler parlance. Again, as someone who received the classic Automag before all the legal stuff, it is a prize and well worth the wait

Agreed… it would be very nice to get an update/ intentions from the management / owners.. still a lot of us out here hoping, waiting patiently , with a good sum of money invested . When we paid for the items in good faith, there was no mention of risk or litigation . It was supposed to be a simple transaction, with the item being paid for up front , and wait 3 months for manufacture , but it’s been years now . I understand that the events were provably unforeseen by management , but the least they can do is, in my opinion, is keep us in the loop with events and intentions .. I don’t have much interest in a refund, just really wan the side arm that I paid for .
I am trying to keep the faith that we'll see either the guns or a refund, but it's difficult with no updates from the involved parties...
I ordered mine in April 2022. Paid in full. This was my retirement gift to myself after 35 years serving in the military.
I have made multiple calls, talked to Rob and Patrick. In almost three years, I’ve moved from 180s to 130s on their list. In THREE years.
Nothing but the runaround. As a matter of fact, talked to Rob on 9 Jan. Said he and Patrick will call me the next day. Not a peep.
I’ve asked for a refund. Several times.
“Lawsuits”
“Mitigation”
“Move out of Loris”
“Not moving”
“Retooling”
“Broken supply chain”
“New corporate leadership”
“Need more investors”
…and on and on and on.
It looks like a great gun, but I’d rather have my cash back and go buy a legacy gun.
The easiest thing for these guys to do would be to respond in a timely fashion to all of their loyal customers. Doesn't cost a dime, doesn't take a lot of time. Rob and Patrick are now way beyond giving much of a damn about those that invested $$$ in the pistols. Even if they got things rolling immediately, their reputation is so tarnished now that they can't recover. Their fault, somebody else's fault, nobody's fault, doesn't really matter. If they really thought this was salvageable they'd have been updating the website daily. I received my Automag some time ago, beautiful piece. Numerous calls etc to Patrick and Rob indicated that there were no spare parts available for purchase in order to protect the future working order of my gun. Based on the history of the Automag pistol and the issue of there being NO off the shelf replacement parts, I made the decision that I couldn't afford to shoot the thing because it was essentially unrepairable if there was any type of part(s) failure. With that in mind I reluctantly sold my gun and moved on. I bought it to shoot, not be a safe queen. Sad situation with lots of unexplainable issues.

I just talked to Rob on monday morning about repair work on my gun! And was told maybe 6-8 months down the road!
So they must be working on gun production!
