@pantera-mike When the Raven came out I really wanted to get one. I think once I’m 13k richer I’d like to see if I could acquire a Raven. Anyways thanks for the info definitely wanna look into the serial number a bit and learn more about my gun and Automags in general, I’m a relatively new member of our Automag cult.

Somewhere buried in this thread some guy reported that he sold his Raven for the reason that it “wasn’t what he was looking for”. There was no further explanation, as I recall. I wish he had provide more of an explanation. Were there any problems specific to the Raven that anyone knows about?
I guess I was very fortunate. I ordered a 6.5 inch in 2021, and received #CE294 in about five months. I was told that at the time, they had plenty of 6.5" barrels, but that most people wanted 8.5", so I was able to get mine faster. I also did not opt for the high polish, as I wanted more of the original look.
@angel-carbajal I would be happy to sell you my Raven for $13k. It's NIB as well. Will throw in 2 sets of dies as well.

You would need to ask the Auto Mag people to be sure. But I assume the answer is yes.
Remember they made the first batch called the Founder’s Edition. I think there were originally supposed to be something like 100, but didn’t they only make 80-something? Others would likely know more.
After that they made the Classic Edition, of which yours is one. They were basically the same as the first run, although reportedly there were some minor engineering improvements. They also made some small number of Ravens, which had 6.5-inch barrels and were given a black finish (Cerakote or something similar?). I think the Ravens serial numbers ran in the same series as the Classic Editions? Could a Raven owner please confirm or deny?
I’ve never heard a definitive answer as to how many actual guns of each type have been produced. I also don’t know if all serial numbers were used, or if some were skipped. My son got one of the last, if not the very last Classic Edition guns to come out of the factory before production was halted (hopefully only temporarily), but his serial number is below CE-150, and I think there are many others whose numbers are higher than that? (Somebody please chime in if you have a 2XX or 3XX 94 higher number?)

Mine works great. It originally had an extracting issue due to a bad spring, but AM replaced it quickly and is has worked great since then.

@willesmith2021 I haven’t seen one since the May 23, 2024 list.
I call Loris, talk to Rob maybe once a month or so. I always get “I’m in back, let me get up front…well based on where we are at…” and it’s moved maybe 10-12 since May 2024.
There’s no movement. They are still litigating, in mediation, etc. Still hoping, but if I’d have held my breath, I’d have passed out long ago. Been on the list for three years now. After paying in full.
