@paul-wolf The pistol is perfect it was definitely worth the wait. I don't think I would buy another one, I have a El Monte with an extra 357 barrel. I would like a barrel or upper in 45 win mag. I had ordered one from Brian but that didn't happen (-500.00) I guess he had some problems? But Patrick gave me 300 in store credit, Classy guy.
I see now that there are three purchasing options for the classic models. Buy on credit, pay 20% down, or pay fully in advance, getting a free presentation case and challenge coin, as a bonus. Is there any adjustment for those of us who paid in full, for our Classics, and bought the presentation cases, and challenge coins? Maybe an extra magazine, or store credit?
I just hope to get mine before the current administration does something stupid to muck it up.
It's been quite dead around here lately. Has anyone been getting their guns? If so, how do you like them, any range reports, etc?
Love mine but issues have been getting in the way of me getting to the range.
I loaded up 50 rounds this morning - now wet weather is my sole excuse 🙂
Question for Rob - will the Founders Edition owners (we elite few, we merry band of....) be getting the cool plastic gun case too? I tire of dragging my big wooden case to the range 🙂
@gaylon-griffin I'm one of those suckers that Brian fleeced as well. Patrick is definitely a great guy, and I'm looking forward to the day they can produce a .45 Win Mag upper like that one I was suppose to get from Maynard years ago.
Hey Guys, Im sorry I haven't been interacting with you. Ever since we started getting reviews my work load has increased substantially. I will do my best to participate better in this forum. On the presentation cases, I am waiting for Patrick to give me an answer on that and I will try and get you an answer in the next week or so. To answer the question on shipping, yes we are shipping Auto Mags, just not at the rate we would like. I have talked to Patrick and he wants to give you all a full update, but he has become even more busy over the last few months, but he should have an update out soon.

Seeing the pictures for the "new" style of presentation cases, I can say I much prefer the first design that was offered. The style that is in Justin Opinions video with the red interior. Also, I personally don't care for the "Dirty Harry" engraved on the lid.
I would like to buy some uppers as well. 357 Auto Mag would be great. 45 Win Mag as well. My understanding is that the have the .357 reamer.
