Has anyone out there recently received their CE with an 8.5” barrel yet?
With the last update from AutoMag being that the supply chain issues were finally solved with the ability of produce in-house barrels, I had just hoped to see a post of two from someone who had recently received one. I know there have been several posts about Ravens and the CE in 6.5 barrel length but was specifically wondering about some 8.5” ones.
I spoke to Mr. Richardson about 2 weeks ago about my 8.5" Automag. I was promised delivery in about 6 weeks. We shall see. They are turning them out regularly, in decent numbers, I was told. Many guns may be going to non forum members, that's why me might not be hearing anything here. By the way, I was told that I don't have the same SN# anymore. My guess is that some of the 8.5" serial #s were used up on the 6.5" barrels, that were produced during the 8.5" barrel drought.

Wow, I guess those of us who recently placed orders will have to be REALLY patient. Hopefully, all of the new machinery in house will get the line rolling. 😉
I also spoke with Rob early last week as I needed to update the FFL info. He said they are producing around 10 pistols a month and mine should be ready in 4 or 5 weeks. I ordered mine in November of 2020.

We are actually doing about 10 a week, not 10 a month.

up the great work, I know it’s proven to be quite a long road and the road of success as it is does not come without pitfalls for anyone. It sounds as production is moving right along, I believe soon it’s going to be a awesome day at the range. I appreciate all you do, and the many hats you wear at AutoMag. Are you able to perhaps give us an update where the AutoMag team stands with the total number of pistols produced to date and shipped? Thanks for your time.
