Is there any update to the wait list?
Well, it seems the cocking pieces are the long pole in the tent. Just above, Rob said they are cutting then polishing, and then will be ready to go in a couple of weeks. I would anticipate guns would start shipping (and the list change) at that point.
Thanks for the comments Bob and Mike.
I tried swapping the barrels just to see how they looked but will not fire them in the swapped configurations. I don’t want to risk any potential problems.
I did’t think the high polish lower with the Raven upper looked all that spectacular. It was “OK”. But I did think that the high polish 8.5 inch barrel looked pretty good on the Raven lower.
I wish some company would make some black, red, and white G10 grips with the Auto Mag logo on them. I think those would look great.
Does anyone know of a Company or person that makes custom G10 grips?
Thanks again!

Just out of curiosity, did the barrels seem to fit OK and did the bolts lock up?
@packhawk I don't know about anyone making custom grips right now, except for these reproductions. I really like the full checkered Pasadena style, they are very flat and feel great. Maybe a trip to the range is in order, it's going to be a good day!
Then again, your color choice would look awesome in laminate wood also, like those beautiful grips that the Lee Juras guns had. I'd love to see something like that as an option from Patrick in the future!
SBR 44-Auto ammo currently as affordable as I have seen it.

That’s a good deal. If you are starting from scratch and don’t have brass, the cost of the bare components almost equals the cost of this loaded ammo.
Use discount code ‘9ammo’ for a 10% discount. With that it actually becomes cheaper than purchasing all the components. That is, assuming you could even find brass which has been backordered forever.
@pantera-mike Already sold out
Bummer!
I did get a confirmation for my order. Hopefully they actually have ammo in stock to fulfill the order and it isn’t a long wait….

Out of curiosity, just now I went back to the link above and started the process to place a new order. It didn’t say anything about being sold out? It says ‘in stock’ at 2 pm west coast time, 17 August….
Just ordered more SBR Ammo (the 450 round Deal) as I have been on back order with Starline for over a year. Thanks for the discount code Mike.
Just ordered 450 rounds here as well. Order went through without issue.

As we’ve seen with the new guns, it’s one thing to successfully place an order and something entirely different to actually receive product. I hope SBR actually can deliver right away.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Starline required some X minimum order before they would produce a run of Auto Mag brass, so SBR might have had this sale to generate a flurry of ammo sales which they can then use to justify Starline making a brass run, which in turn would then allow SBR to fill all the orders they placed? Truthfully I wouldn’t mind if that was the case, which would mean waiting several weeks or months for order fulfillment.
But the infant in me is hoping for instant gratification. 😁
