I see one on GunBroker now with very similar grips, I don't know who made those originally, but those sure look the same as mine.

It's been 21 months since I placed my order. 18 months in I was diagnosed with a terminal disease. After getting that news I decided to cancel my order. It has now been almost 2 months into trying to get a refund. I hope this doesn't take as long as it has for the delivery of the pistol !!!! I have talked to Rob and Lynette many times and emailed them about production, delivery expectation, and now my refund with little or no action on their part. They can't even send an email confirming the receipt if a sent email.

I am begining to believe this is all a scam, or they just don't care about customer satisfaction. I have been more than patient during this whole ordeal, now I am to the point of total frustration.

I am now in the process of contacting the South Carolina Attorney Generals of about my situation, the BBB, and retaining the services of an attorney to get some results before the inevitable.

So, if you have, or are are comptomplating the purchase of a pistol I strongly advise you to not put yourself into my position.

@UHOSER - I am so sorry to hear of your condition/diagnosis. I too have long since requested a refund on my order - different reasons & certainly not as serious as yours - my refund and speaking to Patrick was made on June 6th of this year. I am now over 90 days in from that (and going on 120 days). Rob has been very responsive and communicative with me concerning this and my inquiries but I have really not been given much in the form of reasons for this huge delay. I wish that I could provide you with better news on the timetable for your refund, but unfortunately I cannot.

I would refer you to the South Carolina courts on line and see that they are in litigation with Stryke group for over $500,000.00. It shows it is not resolved yet but not sure if this has anything to do with refunds or not.  I feel bad that if someone is terminally ill and they have no compassion and disrespectful to help a guy out does speak for it self in my opinion.

Reading thru all the documents it would appear to me that Automag was taken down a bad road and I can only hope they are successful in over coming this and move back in the right direction.  Good luck to Auto Mag and I would like to see some movement for the ones looking for some answers to their questions and take their head out of the sand. I want my Automag just like the rest of the group.

This post goes out to all the individuals that have ordered and not received the pistol or cancelled their order and have not received their refund over the last 2 years. I believe we need to band together to try to get these issues resolved, it has gone on long enough. My concerns with Automag are falling on deaf ears, it seems they are making no attempt to resolve any if their customers circumstances. If you would like you may contact me gregdothornungatgmaildotcom.

There is a 1970s Safariland Model 103 holster for 6.5-inch Auto Mags on eBay right now with a laughably low opening bid:

I have no connection with the seller, I’m just the messenger….

I got my refund earlier this year and others said afterwards that they needed “shareholder permission” to get theirs…

I also got some reassurance from the team but ultimately it sounded too much like hollow talk with nothing to back it up. I hope they turn things around but it seems like the red flags are adding up.

My son was just informed his Auto Mag should be shipping this week. I’m sure he’s not alone.

Mike, could you please tell us, what number your son was on the wait list? I was #11.
