This post goes out to all the individuals that have ordered and not received the pistol or cancelled their order and have not received their refund over the last 2 years. I believe we need to band together to try to get these issues resolved, it has gone on long enough. My concerns with Automag are falling on deaf ears, it seems they are making no attempt to resolve any if their customers circumstances. What you've shared is the final straw. Like many, I've not received mine either but have been quiet up to now. Someone above said to check the SC court system and feels sorry for Auto Mag, after apparently not reading "all the documents." There are five suits filed against Auto mag and they all tell the same story. It appears Auto Mag is the party yhat has led many down an unsavory path. I'm no longer rooting for AutoMag and do hope you can be made whole
Reading thru all the documents it would appear to me that Automag was taken down a bad road and I can only hope they are successful in over coming this and move back in the right direction. Good luck to Auto Mag and I would like to see some movement for the ones looking for some answers to their questions and take their head out of the sand. I want my Automag just like the rest of the group.
Well, after reading through all the documents for the five suits, I made numerous calls to good friends in the Myrtle Beach area and what I found out should terrify every poor sap on that list. I'm embarrassed that I havent paid more attention to this.
First, Auto Mag LTD CO is no more. I'm not sure exactly what that means yet, but there was mention of a different AutoMag now. The people I spoke to either didn't know much about it or didn't really want to say much, but a LLC search cam up with Auto Mag Partners LLC. The agent of the company is an attorney named Reece Boyd, do no mention of who is involved. What I was told though is there are 20 to 30 peopletht own Auto mag Partners and agter a few more cals, most are the same people that owned AutoMag LTD CO. A bit more digging tells me that Pyle Financial, owned by Scott Pyle, is involved along with Myrtle Beech area business people, restaurant owners, real estate and such. Supposedly, out of the owners,there's one guy that actually has worked in the gun industry for a while. I should have names of the owners next week.
Now the best part is, Patrick Henry has been barred from the building in Loris and is not involved in Auto Mag Partners. Patieck has been involved with a guy from CA and supposedly, the two created a lot of issues for the LTD CO version of Auto Mag. I'm not sure who holds the assets, Partners or LRD CO, but we paid money to LTD CO, not Partners. So, I'll ask you tis, who has been taken down a bad road? Auto mag or every person on that list? A post just above says that a guy that ordered a pistol five years ago is supposed to get his pistol soon. Five. Years. Ago.

Can you explain how you know this, in light of the recently revealed information?
I called AutoMag today and was inquiring about the status of my gun. The lady I spoke with today told me they are waiting on parts to finish assembling guns that are ready to ship out. I asked about the list that was posted by Rob a while back and was stated that I should be around #12 or #13 which moves me up in the list. I asked if I would be getting my gun before the end of this year which she said most likely yes. She told me to leave my name and number and Rob should be getting back with me sometime next week. If I hear anything more I will post what information I get.

He was busy and spent a few days faffing around back and forth with his FFL to arrange for shipping. All the necessary coordination between FFL and Auto Mag has been completed late this afternoon and it’s supposed to ship Monday.

I've read all 92 pages of this ridiculousness, how stupid are we?The same story time after time and we celebrate a position on a list after upfront payment for literal vaporware. I also found out a guy drove to SC from TX, walked right into Pyle financial and demanded a full refund. He left with a check. We've been lied to for years, but at least your #10.
@pantera-mike So, this is getting confusing, is your son's gun coming from a different company version than it was ordered from, or the Ltd version somehow still operating? And how does Larry Grossman Keep coming up new top ends to put on his older frames and mark them with the Auto Mag logo and emblem? I know he is involved with the Excel Arms end of this, but but didn't the Automag Mag Ltd company buy all of the parts, patents, intellectual property,etc? Larry's guns are certainly beautiful, but 25 or 35 k is pretty high, I wonder how many more of those will keep popping up.
