@pantera-mike I tried to attach the picture from the Facebook page of Larry's new Harry Sanford commemorative model, but I must be doing something wrong. I think the really expensive ones are his Sudden Impact clones.
Supposedly, this guy, www.augiesguns.com, replaced Patrick Henry
Still working on names of other owners
@billtuttle Thanks, the more light on this thing, the better. I was one of the lucky ones, I got a 6.5 satin finish, wanted the 8.5 but when they said they had some 6.5s on hand I switched gears. I hope the guns and extra parts get rolling soon no matter who is in charge, an extra upper would be nice eventually.

More light is coming, but for the sake of @uhoser, I'm looking at this differently than hopping guns and parts get rolling soon. A little fuzzy math says there's over $1million tied up in a list more than 260people on it and theres been zero transparency from AutoMag. The company that received that money is apparently no more and a new company formed that has likely received any assets from the fourth failed AutoMag. Does that resonate with you? There are five lawsuits filed against an empty company for failure to pay and breech of contract but new new company is operating at the same address as the empty company. I'm thinking the guy from TX had all this figured out way before everyone here.
I've been given alot of first names, but the owners of this, https://www.originalbenjamins.com were owners of LTD CO and also involved in Partners LLC. The guy from CA thats involved with Patrick Henry is Cliff and apparently a pharmaceutical guy thats had his fair share of legal trouble. This whole thing is a mess, alot of infighting, and no wonders pistols havent shipped while they've burned through every dime that was paid upfront.
If this forum stops working for some reason, there's an "auto mag" page on facebook that would be a good fallback position for communication. A thought to squirrel away just in case.

There is also a lot of Auto Mag stuff on the AMT Guns forum.

It will be interesting to see if it stops workng. I don't have Facebook but will figure it out and see you guys over there if need be.
The pharmaceutical guy in CA is Cliff Bernstein, not a good guy. The owners of the seafood restaurant are the Howard's, I think Wanda and William or Billy. From what I understand, if anyone in this mess are morally equipped to dthe right thing, its them, but I guess we shall see. Apparently, Patrick Henry is dead broke, poweless and may have tons of legal challenges to deal with. I'm working my way down the list and have a bead on a guy named Keith, along with many others. These people need to be exposed.
Does anybody have any idea how many Automags from this latest incarnation of the Automag comany has actually delivered? I am one of the lucky ones with FE-34, but even then it was a long wait.

The filing date for the articles of rganization for AutoMag Partners LLC is Feb 23, 2023 and maybe theres been one pistol delivered since then, but I haven't confmed that yet. It seems the new incarnation was formed to protect a larger number of investors from the debt incurred by Patrick Henry and after Cliff Berstein and Scott Pyle started fighting. These people are supposed to be adults and have been entrusted with over $1 million in orders that they can't deliver. My friends in Myrtle Beach are workin on the list of names.

No pistols have been deliveed. There was an upper delivered from parts believed to have been laying around to fit on a lower someone already owned.
Unfortunately this pattern seems repeat itself over and over and over again. I was a late starter and, I believe, one of the last people to get a refund from the company through a phone call. As soon as a I got mine, I went to sell some ammo and got a message asking if I had gotten a refund, I told them yes and they said they asked and weren’t able to without “shareholder permission.”
That being said, I have stayed interested and hopeful. That hope is gone now.
One of two things is going to happen in the next few days. Either this forum will go down, and when it does I agree that the “Automag” Facebook group is a good alternative. More likely, and more consistent with the companies latest strategy, is someone will make a big post about their progress and how delays are from covid, or their moving factories, or the hurricane slowed things down, or whatever the excuse is. Then they’ll have people text them and reassure everyone that things are getting fixed, and they’ll say they’re shipping guns in the next 6 months.
Enough is enough, they’ve been spiraling for months and it seems like it’s finally over.
This is getting crazy. It's starting to sound like the curse of the Auto Mag is still with us. For everyone that still has a stake in this game, I truly hope that I am wrong. Even though I don't have a dog in this race anymore, I hope everyone is made whole. Either with the delivery of their pistol or a refund.
Back when I canceled my order it was for unavoidable personal reasons. It had nothing to do with company or the long wait times. Looking at the good in the bad, I had to cancel my order but was fortunate to get a refund. However it did take almost a year and a half to receive a check.
Place Order 11/28/2020
Cancelled Order 6-28-2021
Receive Refund 10-25-2022

Wow, "shareholder permission." That actaully tells the whole story. Thanks to good friends, I have the list of names and over the next couple days will track back to addresses and such. If this forum stops working, I'll create an account on Facebook just to get this info out. From what I know now, Scott Pyle is the investor ringleader and a major part of the "shareholder permission." He's the guy that wsa confronted by the guy that drove from TX at his office addres on Oleander. Google Pyle Financial Services.
