I spent a couple hours in the list and then away for the rest of the day. There's alot of muddy water between AutoMag LTD CO and AutoMag Partners LLC. The best I can tell so far is the number of owners has hovered around 32 to 33 people. Wow. Patrick Henry was LTD CO, but not part of Partners LLC, but I saw while reading every page that he commented recently about forcing a refund upon someone that spoke against what's been going on at AutoMag. The wild card is Cliff Bernsteing, who isnt listed anywhere as an owner but according to my friends was somehow instrumental in driving things off the rails. Scott Pyle is apparently equally at fault as Cliff. A recent player to the scene when Partners was formed is Keith Enlow. A quick search says he the president at Sierra Bullets and he's easily tracked over the last 25 years at various gun companies. Most others on the list were LTD CO and are nw Partners LLC. I bet there are soap opera writers in Hollywood that would love to get their hands on this story.
I'm a 5 1/2 hour drive from Myrtle Beach and considering going over to meet with my friends to sort this mess out.

You mention something within this last post concerning Patrick Henry forcing a refund to a guy who came on this forum saying some pretty derogatory things about AutoMag and I wanted to give my story and timeline concerning that….
As I said before, I requested a refund (for personal and financial reasons) on June 5th-6th of this year. I spoke to Mr Henry at that time by phone to request my refund. During that phone call he was very honest in telling me about the other investors and the Board of Directors etc… and told me that these were not “his money/funds” any longer and to bear with him as he had to go through the board to get approval for refunds now. So I expected a wait. Then, on July 14th or so (approx 5-6 weeks later) I was contacted by Rob by email telling me that he should have my refund “wrapped up” by the end of the week and was just waiting for the bank transfer. He and I even discussed mailing the check to my work address vs home address etc… and he said he would reach out again to me before he took the check to the post office to make double sure of where I wanted it mailed.
All good….then all of the sudden everything changed.
If you look at the forum post history, the next few days (I haven’t check back for sure but as I remember right around later that same week or early the next - July 19-20 approx) was when the series of derogatory posts from that other forum guy started. Mr Henry himself seemed very angry in his responses to that guy on the forum. That user did not even ask for or demand a refund (and said so) yet Mr Henry remarked that he was putting that guy’s refund in the mail “tomorrow” the next day…
This is pure speculation on my part, but what I think happened was that guy got my earmarked/approved refund! Simply due to Mr Henry’s anger at him. Then my process apparently started over and is now even slowed down more and I am at the 90 day mark now. Again, speculation but the time frame works AND if Mr Henry is out and now barred from the premises this entire affair could have added to the already sour relationship between he and “the board”.
Just wanted to share all of this. I really wish things would work out for AutoMag as a company but this is all troubling news to say the least!

Thank you for the incredibly important context. Of everything you stated, what I'm the most excited about is the "bank transfer" that was apparently required to issue your refund. To me, this validate that assets have been moved and no investor dollars are kept in LTD CO. Every person on the list should be highly concerned about this. Again, we paid LTD CO, not Parters LLC. This means, if anyone here, goes after LTD CO, there's nothing there to go after. From what I can find, the assets that would have been moved out of LTD CO is a logo and a trademark, I can't find any valid patents. So, the people wanting to be know only as the "shareholders" have created a way to protect themselves from 260+ people that will not get a refund and highly likely will never get a pistol. Protecting themselves is way more important than making pistols. They've hired a guy named Augie, I think his first name is John, that is nothing more than a gunsmith. I can't find anything in his background that confirms any experience in actual production/manufacturuing. This project is surely doomed and I've written off the amount I paid.
However, what it does is motivate me to produce the two things the Partners LLC peiple never want to see. 1) They don't want anyone to know who they are and where they are and 1B) They don't want any of us out of line in any way. They have spoon fed everyone enough to keep everyone hopeful and in line with what serves them. For them, anonymity is a warm blanket.
I'm doing this for @uhoser
@Greetings ! It doesn’t appear that any one has showed up at the door step of the manufacturing site in Loris. Is it possible that some of you with SC connections could send a group representative to the site to see what the current status is ? I suggested numerous post pages back that we establish a creditors e-mail distribution list to continue correspondence in the likely event this forum suddenly disappears. We’ll all be in the dark when that happens !

I'll be making the 5 1/2 hour drive to Myrtle Beach this week to meet with my friends. My email address is tractorman1291@yahoo.com.
@billtuttle I guess this helps explain why I couldn't get through to anyone in Loris about replacing my grips when I got my pistol last year. Mine came in with a chip missing on the left side up by the safety lever.I called several times, sent emails, left a bunch of voicemails, nothing but crickets. I wound up replacing the grips with some reproduction Pasadena style and didn't give it much thought after that. I don't know how many pistols came out of the LTD CO, but it couldn't have been very many. It looks like one gun was used for most of the you tube videos at the beginning.

I believe it explains alot. And with that, I'd like to introduce 260+ creditors to the AutoMag Partners LLC "Shareholders," the very ones empowered to provide permission for someone to get their refynd. Like I saide earlier, there's alot of muddy water, but I wouldn't post this unless I have proof they're either part of LTD CO or Partners LLC, but more work to do. I started in Myrtle Beach and working outward.

Hi, everyone I ordered my Automag back on September 2, 2021. I suffered a stroke since then but have been holding out hope to receive the gun. If for nothing more than to pass it on to my boys. Does not appear that is going to happen. A refund would have really helped out also, but again does not look good. I do not have a facebook account but my email is qezj152@gmail.com in case this site disappears and someone would be kind enough to keep me informed.
Damn, this is not good news at all 🙁

Do something about it.

I have email, home and business addreses for most every LLC member. I'll be talking to news outlets when I make the drive over later this week.
Is it just me ? Considering there are 260+\- creditors, and only a fraction of regulars that participate in these forum discussions.
Where is the out cry, the rant, the fury, and mass disappointment from the other couple hundred hopeful AutoMag owners ? Did they not pay in full at order time and therefore not so concerned ?
Here’s a question for you, “do they even exist” One would think this forum would be on fire with the shenanigans going on now ???
I would rather not be the creditors e-mail list administrator as my IT consists of a older I Phone only. Will someone rise to the occasion?

Too many talk, too few do. For many, mayb it really never was about getting an expensive pistol, but I'm still doing this for @uhoser

I wonder what happened to the "first completed" pistol from SC that Rob posted the picture of a couple of months ago. Hopefully it found it's way to one of the guys that had been waiting the longest, or in more dire circumstances. It would really be a shame to find out that one of the " shareholders " received it as a perk.
And what about the box of frames ready to be milled, I believe the number was given as 60, and the cocking peices that sent to be polished? Is all that stuff just sitting on a shelf somewhere in Loris?
