It is very unfortunate to have been observing and reading all the posts concerning the current state of affairs.  Having learned about the revival of the firearm a couple of years ago, and seeing the version Raven, I was saving up for one.  Now after quite a few months and of late, it seems the possibilities of owning one are dashed.  Just like my hopes when the gov't forced GM to dissolve Pontiac and the hope of a new and revised Fiero.  Rats!!   I suppose now I will resign myself to printing out a home page pic of the firearm and pinning it to my corkboard.  I do hope those who have paid for their firearms can be made whole and possibly an adult will enter into the picture and clean things up, maybe even possibly turning the company around and back on the straight and narrow.  Good Luck to you all.

I’m not giving up on Auto Mag.  I know they are working hard to get this all straightened out and getting back to producing pistols.  I still plan on getting a .357 Auto Mag when they become available.

You all should hire an attorney and try for a class action lawsuit against the company and execs. But if you're going to do it the sooner the better.

Sent an email to Automag’s sales address, asking for clarification on the current issues. No response.

@jfleisher you would think that some of the people who posted that their guns were finally on the way would be on here letting everyone know how things are going. Did they get the guns yet? I really expected something from Auto Mag update wise sharing some success before this. Like the man says, the silence is deafening. Fingers crossed.

Well, my son’s gun has been sitting with his FFL for a week. He’s been traveling and unable to pick it up.

I’m not aware of any other guns shipping recently besides his?  It would be nice if there were, and even nicer if we were told about it.

Just sayin’……

Boy I am not liking the looks of that email. Absolutely no relevant information, just airing of dirty laundry. Whoever was checking the register of actions should check and see if this is an additional lawsuit or another one on the pile.

The skepticism in me says that this is a pre-litigation strategy to shift blame to Patrick, so they can say “see as soon as we took control we began letting everyone know about how evil Patrick is, it’s not our fault!” I don’t really buy this though, and the letter makes it seem like they’re focused on shifting blame more than making things right. No new strategy, revealing abysmal production numbers and figures of lost money, this is looking like a Soviet re-Union with all these red flags lining up.

I agree with you.  No real info and sounds like trying to blame Patrick.  This letter sounds like previous letters posted that contain no real substance.

Like someone mentioned on this forum before, it sounds like some investors have gotten impatient and just want their money back and as a result have gummed up the works of production just as things were starting to get really moving along.

I have a different take on this letter. I think this whole situation is going to come to a head. I don't know who is right on this disputed issue, but getting it settled is one step closer to getting our guns. Yes, I do think we are going to eventually get our guns, whether it's under Patrick, or someone else. It's just a matter of when.

I do see another post on this forum, under a different section, that a customer has received their Automag, and is having issues with it. Sending it back to the mothership now, with all this turmoil, might not be a good idea.

This sounds like Hostile Takeover 101. Get partially entrenched in a business, then deliberately run it into the ground to devalue it, then buy the rest of it for pennies on the dollar.

If one wanted to devalue the company one would suspend production. After all, if guns were flowing out the door, the value of the company would be greater than if everything ground to a halt. So the current state of affairs appears deliberate. Remember how just a few weeks/months ago we were told the last necessary pieces would be delivered from the supplier and guns would start being shipped?  Assuming that was true, I wonder how many complete parts kits are now sitting there, purposely not being assembled in an effort to hurt the company’s image and thus value?  I’m guessing it’s a nonzero number.

Assuming my suspicion is correct, I hope this whole thing gets settled rapidly, even if it means the corporate raiders have to be paid off to go away.

It just goes to show you that in business as in life, one has to be very, very careful who one chooses to climb into bed with….

You would think if they can put pen to paper and send the response "Statement of Auto Mag Ltd. Co. Management Committee In Response to Litigation filed by Patrick Henry" that they could give a definitive response to us, the other "investors" of where we stand in mix of all of this. They state "We are confident that we can save this gun and bring it to market for many to enjoy." Well when might that be? and what happens if you can't? How about addressing the people on this forum with your plan, to produce and fulfill the orders, or give refunds.
