I see that Auto Mag has recently updated their web site. Some items are back in stock and some new products have been listed. There is a slight subtle change to some of the format. Nothing note worthy, just noticed it.
The only problem now is that I can't get into my account. I tried resetting my password several times but no luck. Looks like I'll have to give them a call for a little help.
Has anyone else had issues accessing their account?
Not here, nope.
Yes, I had to update my sign-in for the store. The good news is they still show my original order from March 6th. 2018 that has not yet been fulfilled, however that information was revised... they kept my original order number now listed as “customer reference”, and created a new order number - possibly my number in sequence of all orders? Not sure if that makes any difference, but it might be an indicator of where My order is in sequence. It is curious why they are showing outdated models in the sales showroom... I assume these are just placeholders for new model images once they have pistols they can display. The shop is probably too busy ramping up production. It is great to see a new business staring to take off. “Made in the USA” There is nothing better than that!
My order doesn't show up. I must be doing something wrong.

The 357 AMP with the scope and in the display case with the Jurras Lion's Head emblem is a gun I own. I have no idea how that picture got there unless they picked it off the internet.

Same here, none of my orders are showing up. I am not sure where to look but they used to show up with the order date and paid in full
@lane-freeman Recommend calling the sales team from the website phone number to check on the order system as displayed on the revised site.
@gbertolet Recommend calling Auto Mag Ltd. I appreciated when the forum members informed me of the changes. Very helpful to communicate back to the sales team. As is said, “keep your receipts” and check in.
@paul-wolf so it’s best to call sales, sounds good. It’s probably been about 6 weeks since I last spoke with Rob Richardson, he called me and we had a great discussion, he also mentioned a new and better web based portal to come online? soon, better order tracking etc., but I haven’t seen any changes yet. Am I maybe doing something wrong?
@paul-wolf receipt is definitely in hand. Have wanted of these pistols since I first saw the movie “Sudden Impact”.
“This is the .44 Automag, and it holds a 300 grain cartridge, so when properly used, it can remove the fingerprints!”
~Callahan talking to Horace, after being surprised and having to look down the business end of this beast~
I was always amused that Horace was the same actor as the bad guy cornered at the bank in the first DH movie.
@andyc 🤣
yep...
Funny when you think about it.
Horace went from “hey.....I gots ta know”
-to-
“sweet Jesus, where the hell you get that”
@paul-wolf I finally figured it out. I had to go under “Visit Store” and then scroll down to “Dashboard” and then reset my password. After all that my orders show up under “Dashboard”. I guess I had to change my password after the website update
