Yes. That is what I had to do as well, and now have two log-ins. One for the Form, and one for the store. Good post.
Hey guys, we changed online stores because it works better with our Epicor production system. All of your orders are accounted for on the back end. From what I understand the data is just not showing up on the front end right now and they should be fixing that. As soon as I know more I will let you guys know.

Are the updates to the web site the reason I can't accesses my account and/or reset my password?
Just a little update. I received an email this past Thursday from Auto Mag. It looks like they are working through the updates on their web site. I am finally able to access my account again. It has all of my information and pending order, all though it doesn't show my previous parts order that I received. Also missing is the messaging system that was on the earlier edition of the web site.

@gbertolet give Rob a call, the old system in some cases did not transfer over the order information to the new production system to the extent the order can be viewed on BOTH ends (theirs and yours), they can see it all on their side, but logging in to view your account / order shows no order information on the customer view. Request a new password and see if that helps. Their IT people are working on this issue as I was told.
