Hey guys - at one point a few years ago you were prototyping a 22 conversion kit. It seems to have disappeared from the site. Is that something you plan to offer in the future? Seems like it would be a great way to get more time behind the gun!
Here's the video from the original blog post: https://vimeo.com/169690044
Thanks for all you guys are doing!

Patrick said on a recent call that they are coming in the Spring. I asked to sign me up! Thanks for sharing the video clip. Very cool.
I forgot to mention, Patrick said they would be in 22 Magnum.
What would really be great is a kit chambering in .17 WSM rimfire. There would be nothing like it and the overall case length works.

Thanks! Great to hear this!
Oh, man. And here I promised myself I'd be getting a spare 6.5" upper first... decisions, decisions...
This sounds like the icing on the cake! A 22 magnum conversion kit would be Epic!
22mag sounds great, But I wonder how reliable it will be. In the past I have had trouble with the .22 mag because the chamber is so long and small diameter that is must be kept clean. I hope it proves me wrong. I would love to have one.
The video was pretty cool. I wonder instead of offering a conversion kit for the 44 Automag, why not just make a Baby Automag in 22wmr? AMT did one years ago, but it was in 22lr.
A lot simpler to make the conversion than a whole new pistol, especially given that they're still trying to get this first run of pistols out the door.

The AMT AutoMag II was chambered in .22 WMR, not .22 LR. One of my brothers has one.
Those .22 WMR AMT IIs are dangerous with anything but Winchester ammo. I had one that reliably went full auto if I used Federal or other ammo from slam fire from thicker and more sensitive primer rims. Very disturbing when shooting at a public range or indoor range. Sent mine back twice to the manufacturer for rework of the slide face. Both times they returned the gun to me vey dirty, and I had to clean the handgun. I ended up brining it back to the dealer.

I know it's subtle, but there is a difference between Auto Mag and Automag. The two are completely different animals.
AMT did make both the Automag II and the Baby Auto Mag. The Baby Auto Mag was chambered in .22 LR.

Thanks for the info, and especially the picture of the Baby Auto Mag. I don't recall ever seeing one before, and I thought I knew about all the different Auto Mag models. It looks like a Ruger Mark I, but with different sights and barrel, and bigger cocking handles on the bolt. I wouldn't be surprised if it was made while I was out of country in the army. I have no idea WHAT was happening in the real world during those years. I missed every TV show that was on then and 99% of the music too. Its like I was on another planet, and my only source of information was my monthly American Rifleman magazine.
